• We don't collect or store your card details. Card payments are handled directly by Stripe — see our Payment Policy for details.

How we use it
Your data is only used for the purposes listed above. We don't use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we don't send unsolicited marketing — any marketing email you receive is one you've opted into, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention
We keep order records for up to 6 years to meet Canadian tax and accounting requirements. Support conversations are kept only for as long as we need them to help you.

Our website, including checkout, runs on 256-bit SSL encryption end to end, and we follow reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
