2. Website use

You're welcome to use snowelio.shop for lawful, personal shopping. In return, we ask that you don't misuse the site, try to disrupt how it runs, or copy and reuse its content without our permission.

3. Products

•        We sell curated vases, stoneware, and related home décor, distributed by us from selected suppliers.

•        Colours, textures, and glazes on handmade stoneware vary piece to piece — that's a natural feature of the material rather than a defect, and it's noted on the relevant product pages.

•        We describe every product as accurately as we can; photos are for illustration, and slight variation from the image is possible on handmade pieces.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email — not at the moment you complete checkout. Every order depends on stock being available; if something you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund that item in full.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in CAD ($), and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount — free Canada-wide delivery included, with no hidden extras. We take care to keep prices accurate, but if an honest pricing error is spotted before your order ships, we may cancel it and refund you in full rather than dispatch it at the wrong price.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). See our Payment Policy for additional details on how your card information is protected.

7. Shipping

We deliver free of charge within Canada. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days (1–2 business days handling, 2–5 business days transit) — a little longer for northern, remote, and rural areas. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label, and your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item back.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away from your statutory rights as a Canadian consumer under applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand in aggregate how it's used.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
